I have a medically complex son. She knew how to talk to me in a way that made me feel seen. She paid attention to details. She was consistent. Patient and checked on him frequently. She calmed my anxiety down by just being her. She brought me coffee bc she knew how exhausted I was. She was very friendly and made my ER visit very pleasant. Then we came back to the ER late at night on the 22nd, and she wasn't my main nurse, but she was helping out his nurse. She didn't even ask if I needed anything. She just brought me coffee. And that alone made me feel seen. Again. It brought me comfort too. She is wonderful and easy to work with, too.
