Mickey is an exemplary RN. She is very knowledgeable and explains every aspect of procedures, test, treatments, medications and disease processes in a way that is easy to understand. I always learn something new from her. Her technical skills are exceptional. I come from a medical background so I really appreciate it when everything is done just perfect (no short cuts or excuses). She makes you feel special, like you're her only patient.
