MaKenna R. Cervantez, RN

MaKenna Cervantez is a new nurse who continually shows up and shocks us with her quickly learned expertise. Unanimously throughout the unit, we have identified her as one of the strongest new graduates. Today she is being trained to be a charge nurse, which is unheard of for being so very new, but no one here questions her ability to demonstrate leadership in the nursing role. She has been a tremendous help today and throughout the last six months of her employment on the unit. Both nursing skills and bedside manner come naturally for her. No one deserves recognition quite as much as she does.
