Makenzie Richards, LPN

I was recently discharged from the hospital. I stayed in room 410. Makenzie was the nurse on my last day. I have trouble hearing, but Makenzie made sure I understood everything. I know she had other people to take care of but she sat on my bed, looked at me, and talked to me like I was her only patient. She made me feel this way every time she walked into my room.

If I ever have to come back, I hope I am admitted back to the 4th floor. All the staff were so nice and helpful, but Makenzie was truly the best. I hope she knows what a difference she made for me and I'm sure all her patients. I wish all nurses could be like her. She is truly 1 in a million.
