Malinda L Silverman, RN

My father came to the hospital for chest pain. He was having his 2nd heart attack and was immediately taken to the Cath Lab. All of the staff were excellent, but one nurse stood out - Malinda Silverman. My dad was scared and afraid, but Malinda was very comforting to him and was by his side the whole time. She talked him through the entire procedure and her kindness and bedside manner put his mind at ease when he was scared. He knew exactly what was going on since it was his 2nd heart attack and she helped comfort him through the catheterization. My Dad stated, "Malinda is one of a kind. She has a hands-on attitude and excellent bedside manner that can't be taught." Malinda also came to check on my Dad the next day in ICU. My family is forever thankful for her kindness.
