Malisa was the nurse assigned to me and another student in ICU. The ICU was "to capacity" and Malisa was assigned three patients that day. From the moment she entered the floor, she not only made each of her patients a top priority, but she took every opportunity to teach me and the other student. She was patient, kind, and beyond knowledgeable. She is a true DAISY Nurse. In one day, she taught me what a nurse should be, and look like. The world needs more nurses like Malisa.
