My daughter came to this unit as an emergency referral case. The nurse not only took care of her in the most efficient way, she even gave that special touch to my daughter that melted my heart of me as a mother. Being a mother of a teenager, I know how difficult is to convince children at this age but with the constant, honest, dedicated approach of sister Malissa she made it possible for us to achieve (to some extent) what we were looking for. Sister never fails to have regular follow-ups with me about my daughter's health and well-being. She listens to us patiently without losing her calm and gives us the most precious advice. My daughter feels so connected to her that she doesn't want to see her upset and tries her best to do things that will make her nurse happy. We have always felt that warmth and comfort not only in her voice but also in her body language. I feel strongly that she is an asset to any organization she works with.
