Malissa Stroup was very caring and carful with my mother while in the ED. She was extremely polite and thoughtful, taking the time to explain and answer questions. She is very thoughtful and never condescending. She is an example of what Nursing is, and more should act and present themselves in her manner. This hospital is lucky to have Malissa!
