Mallory Dorman, BSN, RN

Mallory was nominated by a coworker for her compassion and caring displayed when assisting to move a patient from the prone position to supine. The patient wasn't recovering well; Mallory, while doing a host of other tasks began speaking, cheering for the patient and using her name, stating, "You can do it, you've got this!" The patient stabilized and was able to remain supine. Mallory was described as a wonderful teammate.
