Mallory joined the St. Joe's team not knowing what to expect. In the short time, Mallory has worked hard learning her role, adapting to changes, and putting her creativity touch, and maybe a touch of pixie, to things.

Mallory has worked hard developing orientation and testing material for the telemetry unit. She was all hands on deck and willing to help with the emergency management evacuation training sessions in July.

She has added to our hospital meetings by giving statistical overviews on specific data. She developed the award recognition for MS RN's & PCT's for monthly documentation checks.

She developed an educational program on the Personality Test, and it has been fun and educational for staff.

Mallory is always willing to help a coworker with educational needs, such as difficulties with CPR mannequins, IV sticks, or new procedures. She will work with the team, research, and help to develop the nurses' skills. She has also encouraged staff to participate in the SPARK program. Mallory is also a great team player with nurse managers. She will collaborate to plan, educate, assist and teach what the task may be.

Thank you, Mallory, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
