My 7-year-old son was brought to the ER. He needed to be admitted and transferred to another hospital, but we had to wait a very long time due to a lack of available beds. Maloree was my son's nurse for most of our stay. She was exceptional and very good with my son. She checked on us often and made his anxious little mind feel safe. She went above and beyond for us and I am thankful for the care she provided while we were here. I think she deserves to be honored for the exceptional care and kindness she showed us during this hard time. We couldn't have asked for a better nurse.
