Mamatha is an exemplary nurse here at Methodist Southlake. I was admitted for the second time for my knee replacement. I noticed immediately that Maratha had a specific quality that was captivating. Her personality was very sweet and authentic. Her smile lit up the room. I knew she was special at that moment, and I was right throughout my stay. Mamatha takes pride in her work and is a great team. She is the best team player I have had, and this is the fourth surgery that I have had this year. I can rest assured knowing that Mamatha was the best nurse I had throughout my medical calamities. She made my stay comfortable and less stressful. She was an Angel in disguise, always checking on me but not disturbing me. Mamatha was professional and an exceptional nurse. I never had to ring the bell for assistance because she was there checking on my pain, assisting me to the restroom, checking my vitals, emptying the trash, bringing me snacks, assisting me with walking and doing other duties that I feel that are not in the scope of her job duties. She is an amazing employee. She showed me genuine care and respect. I love her. I would not want anyone else to care for me, only Mamatha.
