I was nervous having my 11 year old's surgery here. Things didn't seem to go smoothly until we arrived in pre op. Mamie Taylor actually treated my daughter like a pediatric patient and made her feel better after she started to get scared. She gave her love and showed great caring. She has a sweet, tender voice that is needed if a hospital wants to excel in peds. She really helped a lot by taking time and talking to her like a child. She is awesome and a true caregiver.
