Our Head Nurse outdoes expectations in providing us with support in all aspects including organizing equipment, stocks, and supplies and maintaining good staffing levels. She extends beyond her job responsibilities to assist us, and consistently keeps us well informed. She demonstrates fairness in managing conflicts or misunderstandings between staff. She is approachable and capable of addressing any problem that may occur.
