Mandi was incredible during the birth of our first child. She was comforting and encouraging as we learned that our son was having challenges and would need to be taken to the NICU. She related to us with personal experience, genuine concern, and empathy. She was knowledgeable and professional. She even took time to stop by recovery 2 days later to see how our son was doing. The entire staff at Lovelace was amazing. They really connect with their patients. We can't say enough praise for this nurse and her performance during our stay.
