While being a patient here, Mandie Swanson was my nurse twice during my stay. She is accurate, professional, kind, caring, and most of all, she listens! She never rushed in or out of my room and paid attention to my concerns and needs. She found answers to my questions, and I appreciated them so much. We got to know each other. She broke the ice, so to speak. Wow, what a good-hearted person to come across while in here for 3 of 4 days of staying here in the hospital. Mandie is such a great nurse. She is kind and soft-hearted. I watched her work with her co-workers, and she is so smart. She was a great team player, making her even more valuable. Mandie was amazing to me, took my pain seriously, and got me through it by staying ahead. Her bedside manner made me forget about the pain, and I never felt alone. When she was in my room, I felt calm and secure under her care. She is a true gem. Thank you for letting me be under her care.
