Of all the nurses we've had the past 3 days, Mandy has exibited the DAISY traits. In discussing medical procedures she listened and gave medical information but was not upset when we chose not to go with the procedure. She is so sweet and kind, very caring, and bubbly, and was a breath of fresh air. When she learned mom was disappointed over missing a function at home, she went above and beyond to make it less painful.
