She is an exceptional nurse. She is loved by her patients and peers. She is a professional and represents the essence of what a nurse is…caring, compassionate, patient advocate, etc. The physicians respect her and know that their patients are safe in her care. Her peers know that they can count on her to give assistance, answer a question and help when they are in need. Her patient’s love her because she provides timely care, answers their questions, provides emotional support, and is an excellent patient advocate.

She is a role model for new staff members as well as current staff. She is caring and compassionate. She strives for quality patient care. She is a good team member assuring that everyone on the floor is doing ok in their group. She is not only a patient advocate but is an advocate for staff members. She never hesitates to help when asked or when she sees the need. She not only wants the unit to succeed she wants to work and obtain success for CCMH and for her self.
