I have more than one situation to describe with Mandy. The first was in 2013. I was scheduled for a cath and was terrified. Mandy was a Godsend, explaining everything to me and putting my mind at ease.
Anytime I have to have blood drawn, Mandy usually has to come and get it, I am extremely difficult to get blood drawn or IVs started. Mandy gets it every time. I recently had to have a procedure and during it, Mandy made sure the drape did not cover my face since I am claustrophobic, and her being there and talking to me helped. Mandy is great, always friendly always there to listen and answer questions. She is amazing!
