Mandy had a very professional and caring personality. She did a great job of preparing me for surgery and made me feel very comfortable. She did a great job of explaining the procedure and making sure I understood. Most importantly, she made me feel important and not just another thing she had to do that day. She has that human touch that machines, procedures, and the latest technology can't offer. All great nurses have the human trait along with the skills they learned. That is what makes her an exceptional nurse. She even talked about everyday things while she worked, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Tiffin Mercy has a great employee in her, and the surgical unit is lucky to have her. These types of nurses are ones the hospitals need to go above and beyond to keep. Thank you to Mandy for the great job she did and that special human touch she possesses! Everyone was fantastic.
