With Mandy taking care of my grandmother Labor Day weekend, I felt comfortable going home. She treated my grandmother as her own and always took extra time out of her busy schedule to answer any and all questions the family may have had. Her patience and gentle nature comforted my grandmother. When Mandy found out my grandmother had surgery on her 94th birthday, she had a balloon and cake and ice cream sent to her room to brighten her day. All the RNs caring for my grandmother have been wonderful, but I would like to nominate Mandy for going above and beyond on a holiday weekend and every day.
