Mandy is the epitome of what a Hurley nurse is and should strive to be. Her compassion is limitless, as every patient receives top-notch care, without bias, and always kind and informative. Mandy has proven to be a skilled practitioner, is a constant source of wisdom, ideas, and advice for nurses and physicians alike, novice to experienced. She often offers interventions and rational that is otherwise not thought of and is always looking out for the best interest of the patient. As a colleague, she is helpful all the time, even when she is busy. She is friendly, and I can honestly say I have never heard her utter an unkind word about anyone. She comes to work, gives it 110% and everyone is better because of it.
