I have had the pleasure of working with Mandy for several years and during this time she has positively impacted the lives of many children. Mandy demonstrates compassion, dedication, and knowledge. I have seen Mandy work in her role as the Nurse Navigator while also assisting the nurses in the clinic. She stays until her last patients' needs are met. For example, Mandy spent 45 mins on the phone working to get a medication authorized by a patient's insurance after she was due to leave for the day. However, Mandy knew the patient needed their medication. Her attitude and professionalism make every patient/family feel comfortable and safe. Mandy truly is a credit to our nursing profession.
