Mandy Williams is a clinical supervisor on PCU. She was nominated by a coworker on PCU. Her coworker relates that Mandy is continuously looking for ways to step in and help her coworkers with tasks like admissions and IV starts. She is a real team player.
She inspires and motivates staff by her example and inspires other staff members to become better individuals and employees. She lifts the moral of staff when she works.
She is empathetic and shows this by being one of the first to step in to express sympathy for families of a dying patient and does what she can to comfort them and make their experience as positive as it can be.
She goes the extra mile for families, nurses, nurse techs, physicians, and the hospital while showing Pride in Piedmont Medical Center.
