Manisha Parajuli, RN

When Manisha is on the schedule, I know that our patients will be in amazing hands! She is an awesome example of what a nurse should be. She has excellent critical thinking skills, taking every measure to be sure she stays ahead of any health or safety issues our patients may have. She is a fabulous educator. She builds a great rapport with her patients and their families and explains new and scary things in ways that they will understand. She is kind and encouraging and always delivers challenging news with grace. She is a cheerleader to her patients when they reach milestones! She is a passionate patient advocate. If she believes her patients need attention or that their voices need to be heard, she will fight tooth and nail to get it. Above all, she is an amazing co-worker. She is supportive, encouraging, and always available to help her teammates through challenges. Her positivity and work ethic are contagious. She expects the best performance of herself and all those around her. It is a joy to watch her grow in this profession.
