My son had a long surgery (9 hours) and his first nurse on the unit was Manny. Manny knew how to handle his pain, his worries, his drains. He was 100% kind, knowledgeable, professional and responsive. We felt completely confident in his abilities, his responsiveness to our concerns and his expertise as a professional nurse. He was always friendly and pleasant, too. On the second night of hospitalization, we breathed a sigh of relief when Manny entered the room. We felt safe and cared for. Many thanks.
