Manuel has such a compassionate soul and so much empathy for those of us who are sick that I have no words to truly describe it. We are bedridden, helpless, and exposed to whoever cares for us.
On the first day I arrived, I needed all the attention I could get, and this employee, with his gentleness, knowledge, and calming words, was always there. Every time I needed something, he came immediately. I felt supported and comforted when I needed it most.
