While in the chest pain unit, I had Noel as my night nurse for two consecutive nights. He was very competent and attentive, and he always responded promptly to my calls whether regarding my toiletry needs or others. In addition, to be technically proficient, Noel is one of the most personable nurses I’ve encountered during my stay at UMC. It was always a pleasure to speak with Noel. While working as a charge nurse, Noel still stopped in to check on me and to genuinely see how I was doing. He is excellent.
