Manuel Santos is always compassionate and calm with patients. He is willing to help other staff and acts as a patient advocate. He communicates well with the providers and is knowledgeable about his patients, knowing when to report something. He also takes feedback. He is a team player and dedicated.

Manny is a great human being. There are so many good things. I’ve been in the hospital many times. Never have I had a more compassionate nurse. Manny went out of his way to check on me several times and asked if I needed anything. Even made coffee for me because mine became cold when I had to go for a test. He didn’t have to do that! I didn’t ask, he just did it. That warmed my heart. He always came in to say goodnight and always came in first thing in the morning to ask if I wanted coffee, how my pain was, and if I needed anything. Manny is definitely an asset to Good Shepherd.
