I wanted to personally tell you about my experience with one of your employees. His name is Manuel. He came and checked on me what seemed like every 30 minutes. Manuel was very compassionate and even held my hand, which showed me great comfort. I felt safe with him. I never had to ask for him because he always showed up as if he felt I needed something. he took his time to explain everything to me. All of your staff have been great, but I must say that Manuel stands out like a shining star. Please thank him for all the exceptional and great care he gave me.
