Manuel made me feel comfortable and was very informative and caring. He would give me words of encouragement when I was crying and giving up. Manuel made me smile when I thought I had no more smiles and he also made me laugh. He is such a great nurse; I wish that if I came back to your hospital, I could ask for him. You have an amazing person on your team. Please don’t lose him, he is the best, I am glad he had the chance to take care of me and I am glad I am better physically and emotionally because of him. He truly is the best.
