I would like to nominate Manusha for her exceptional care of my mom during her recent stay in the ICU. She provided exceptional medical care and kept my mom comfortable. Manusha excelled at clear and consistent communication, always taking the time to explain medical information in a clear and understandable way and patiently answering all of our questions. This greatly alleviated our anxieties and helped us feel informed. Manusha showed remarkable empathy and kindness.
