Mara is amazing! She has a beautiful calm bedside manner. She always kept me informed of my care. Many people use Mara as their "go-to" person. Definitely see the strength she has to move up into management. She can juggle/multitask very well. I was visiting to attend my daughter's softball tournament, admitted through ER, missed all 8 of my daughter's games- I was bummed. When I was discharged, I had to catch a flight back that evening. Mara helped me to coordinate with all the doctors to sign off on my chart so I could discharge in time to make my flight. I arrived with 30 minutes to spare for my flight.
