Mara was nominated by one of her patients. These are the words spoken by the patient. Mara treated me as if I were her own family. She got me everything I asked for but also showed me tough love when I needed it. She made sure I was safe even though I was stubborn. She took an interest in my personal life by asking me questions and looking at my family pictures. She kept me physically comfortable. My emotional health has improved since I have known her.
