Maranatha came to the hospital on her time and with monies to visit me and to reinsure me.
INTEGRITY: Maranatha has always treated me as a person, not a wound. Has saved my life twice before. On one visit, she took the information and treated for symptoms and not wounds. Referred to Daily Service and x-ray; got antibiotics to treat pneumonia. Maranatha did research on my needs for hospitals and doctors need for infectious, surgical recommendations as to our needs, she has illustrated our best needs in her own time, giving best recommendations for our needs. For the next phase of our procedures. Maranatha made all these available, and we made a decision. And being very appreciative of all her time, information, and studies. Maranatha really made our decision much easier.
COMMITMENT: Maranatha came to the hospital on her time and with monies to visit me and to reinsure me. Made me feel good about everything. The coming surgical team and programs. Maranatha's dad was a vet in Vietnam, and she always recognizes vets and thanks them for their service during the war and sacrifice. Always thinking of the best way to represent the vet or the VA in honoring them.
ADVOCACY: Maranatha is always asking the best questions to represent the VA, Veteran, or both. In addition, she always respects other vets and all other people. Maranatha conducts herself well, so she deserves appropriate respect. Real class act, always relaxed and professional. Always thinking patient first, employee and company.
RESPECT: Always patient and task priority first then best application and comfort to the patient. Then and just barely barely secondary are employees and all she works with and all the other VA employees nurse may come in contact with. Truly respectful of all others.
EXCELLENCE: For every job or wound, Maranatha will always seek the best way of completing things the best way and make patients feel that if they need additional help or follow-up, it is just a phone visit away. A blessing to the patient and the VA. Always following up on her own time. Call us at home and make personal visits to the location as needed. Made me feel like family – became family-like treatment. Love the WW VA.
