A resident nominated Marc for always being so efficient and incredibly helpful. Marc willingness to work with his residents and make sure the residents needs are met truly means a lot to them. He's being shown appreciation for how he schedule medications so they do not interrupt events, allowing the residents to stay involved and enjoy activities. His support has also helped residents stay on top of their health, and makes a big difference in their day-to-day life.

Marc is very attentive and proactive. He finds the need before it becomes an issue. He provides good quality care by finding joy even in the little things and making us smile.
