I stayed up all night because I was in a lot of pain and uncomfortable. When Marc Rogol walked in at the start of his shift, things got better. He listened to me, he sat with me, heard my concerns and further consoled me when I broke into tears. He did everything he could to accommodate me; he got me additional pain medications and tests to help me feel better. He even went out of his way to provide me with additional information on how to better help my symptoms, and even the dietary recommendation I really needed. Marc's the Man, and one hell of a nurse. The most professional, kind, competent and caring individual I interacted with. He is extremely personable as well. A+ service!
