I believe that in ISMETT there is no more empathetic and positive nurse than Marcella, a colleague you can always count on, who relates to the patient humanly and professionally, even going beyond the duties that are required of her. Much admiration for her professionalism and humanity. She brought back a smile to many patients, who no longer believed in the positive words of the doctors about their possible post-operative recovery.
