Marcella is very kind and compassionate. She put me at ease prior to surgery and made me comfortable and relaxed. She explained what would happen in terms I could understand.
Marcella is an exceptional nurse. When people are going through this type of stuff it is so great to have nurses like her, she makes one feel safe, not afraid, she is just amazing.
