Marcia has been absolutely amazing! She answered every question or concern we had after my husband's surgery. She asked the doctor questions if unsure about something rather than being arrogant. Very reassuring. She was just as caring for me and reassuring concerning my husband's care. She didn't just ignore me as a family member. She included me in all the care as well. That helped my husband and I both feel calm and safe in her care. All the staff has been amazing to us, however, we dealt mostly with Marcia (or at least I did). She is a blessing to her patients. She shares stories/experiences so you know she understands. She's compassionate, loving, fun. She definitely goes beyond the extra mile not only for her patient but for their loved ones too. (She has been especially wonderful, and helpful during this pandemic crisis).
