... Marcia is an exceptional nurse in all areas. She is the "calm" in the "ED storm" every day. She has exceptional clinical skills - knowledgeable, competent and can handle the toughest assignments with grace. She is always willing to learn more . . . going to in-services, doing education activities on her own to improve her skills. She takes initiative attending forensic in-services and then seeking out opportunities to gain more knowledge by working with the SANE nurse.

Marcia provides her patients with clinically excellent care ALWAYS! She is a wonderful co-worker always willing to help, to precept, to educate, work with students etc. . . Marcia is the type of nurse who when you see her name on the assignment sheet you breath a sigh of relief because your day just got better.

Marcia is the nurse that I aspire to be some day - excellent skills, excellent customer service, excellent co-worker, team-player and a calming influence in a crazy environment.
