Due to the nature of the traumatic injury I sustained, I have been a patient at LRH multiple times over the past 8 months. Marcia has never made me feel like a “repeat offender” but remembered details about me and my case that made my stay so much easier. As a United States Marine, it is difficult to ask for help; Marcia anticipated my needs, was aware of my PTSD, did what she could to make it easier, and showed kindness to my service dog, Talli. It truly is about the little things.
