Marcia Palmer, RN

There aren't enough words to express our gratitude for the care and dedication that Marcia has provided for the last 16-plus years of care that my son has received. Marcia has been consistently providing efficient, immediate, attentive care. There are so many to mention. Some of the few that I would like to share are the times we were flying out of Buffalo to Florida and missing some medical documentation required by the airline. We called Marcia, and she sent it immediately. The numerous times my son has not been well, and she advised us to bring him to emergency, and when we arrived, they were already expecting him. Anytime I call Marcia and leave her a message, she responds promptly and provides us with whatever we have asked for or the resources required. My son will be transitioning to Toronto General this summer, and I wish that we could take Marica with us. It is hard to find nurses with as much knowledge, experience, and efficiency as Marcia.
