Marcia extended outstanding patient care and compassion to a patient who was very nervous about what to expect during her week-long hospitalization. Marcia was her nurse for two of those shifts. The patient expressed much gratitude for the care that she received from all of her nurses while here; however, she said she was particularly fond of Marcia due to the way that Marcia made her feel.
