Marcia's leadership style is subtle but her skills are what makes her a great leader. Passion is one of the most valuable leadership skills, good leaders have a passion for the work they do and feel it is important. Communication is another valuable skill for leaders and lastly commitment to the team. Marcia has been demonstrating this leadership quality during her 30-year nursing career.
