I am pleased to fully endorse Ms. M Michel as a skillful compassionate nurse who provides good care to her patients. Ms. M. Michel started working on the 2nd floor recently but she has shown good professionalism that affects her patients and staff. She is respectful and well-liked by the nursing staff. As the unit MDS nurse, I would characterize her as a nurse with high responsibility to complete patient care documentation appropriately and timely. During covid-19 infection she demonstrated high professional skills to implement and maintain infection-preventative measures.
