My daughter had Marco for two 12-hour shifts. He went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter, myself, and my family during a very anxious time. He held my daughter's hand throughout her entire spinal tap, brought her a cupcake for her birthday, and had the entire staff sign a card for her. He also made sure the night staff knew it was her birthday and they decorated her room while she was sleeping. He demonstrated such professionalism in dealing with myself, my family, and communicating with us and her teams of doctors. Thank you, Marco!
