Marco was/is very knowledgeable, professional, informational, compassionate, and caring. He has a gift of making people feel important and accepted without anyone feeling uncomfortable. He was effective, using time wisely to pursue his other tasks without making you feel like you are bothering him. He returned as needed and was always available without asking if additional assistance was needed. He explained thoroughly what vital signs indicated and went far and beyond any tasks. He was very friendly continuously throughout our visit and his stay that day. We were very impressed with this skills and social skills among other gifts he has.
