I have never met a man so caring and concerned for his patient. He took the time to explain and was willing to listen, and try to advise without deciding for me but really listening. He is friendly, but does not impose his thoughts on you, or try to sway you if you do not agree with him. He also has a willing smile and personality to match. You very seldom see such a strong yet caring person at the same time. Your staff is excellent, but this man outshines all of them.

I'm writing this on behalf of my mother who doesn't speak English. Having a great bilingual nurse who also takes great care of you is so appreciated. My family and I worried less knowing she was in great hands with all her needs and concerns being taken care of.

Marco is incredibly caring and efficient. He has a way of making a patient feel like he is there for them. He is happy to help and understands what is needed when I asked for help or was having pain. I was waiting for a test and he was so good at following up on when it would be done and keeping me informed so that I would not be stressed about it. I was having some nausea and pain which I explained to him and he was quick to get me the right thing to help me and then he checked back on how I was doing. If ever there was someone that is meant to be a nurse, who truly likes it, and has compassion, it is Marco. I was lucky to have him 2 nights as my nurse. He goes above and beyond that is for sure.

Marco always helps with any request, even when I know he is extremely busy. He finds a way to make time for you and remain positive while doing it. When I am at work and I see Marco is working I feel like it will be a good night and I feel relieved to have such a trustworthy, happy, kind, and knowledgeable colleague on shift. He even helps to keep others on task in cases where their patients need things. I heard he is training for relief charge nurse and I am so happy to hear it!
