My dad had a stroke today and was brought to the ER. Marcos was his nurse. His calm demeanor and pleasant disposition helped a very tense situation be as positive as it could be. He took the time to explain what was happening and what was going to happen. He really went above and beyond to answer all questions and show kindness to my dad. He was a bright spot in a scary, stressful moment.
